Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have to be fit to start?

Absolutely not! The best fitness training for Muay Thai is Muay Thai, so jump in and watch your fitness improve quickly in just a few short weeks!

  • Are your classes good for beginners?

Yes! We do not have specific beginners’ classes as we believe there are much greater benefits to training with experienced students. Having the ability to learn from multiple people of different size, ability and experience means that you get to receive the same lessons in many ways. Our amazing community of members are always happy to give guidance to our new members, so you won’t be left feeling confused and unsure.

  • How many people are there in your classes?

All our classes are capped at a maximum of 20 students per class. This ensures we can deliver a high quality of coaching and stops overcrowding. Because we allow our members to change between session times and programs from week to week the number of students per class will change on a daily basis but will generally be between five and 15 for most classes.

  • Do I have to spar?

Sparring is not mandatory, however is encouraged as it teaches you how to apply the technique you are learning under pressure. All of our sparring is practiced with control and scaled to each individual’s level of experience, so you can jump in from day one without any risk of injury.
